Lunch for Parents

Must be pre-ordered by June 15th
Price per lunch per adult: 40€

If you are staying with your child/children during the Academy, you can join us for lunch at the restaurant.
As it is optional, the fee for the lunch is not included in the participants fee.
If you haven’t added this in the registration, please order your lunch separately via email to violingarden@summeracademy.com and specify the days on which you will have lunch as well as the number of adults if more than one.

Registrations only become valid as of the date of receipt of the full payment for the Academy. All registrations and payments must be received by the Early Bird or Application deadline.

Registrations and Payment

Registrations will be considered as of the date of receipt of full registration payment. Early Bird payments are due by February 28th of the same year as the applied Academy in order to be eligible for the discounted price. All other applications and payments must be received by the application deadline of June 1 of the same year as the applied Academy.

Withdrawal from Participation

All cancellations must be received in e-mail to summeracademy@violingarden.com. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:

Before February 28th | Refund: Full refund, minus 150€ administrative fee

Before June 1st| Refund: 50% of the fee will be refunded (including €150 administrative fee)

After June 1st | Refund: no refund

For written cancellations received before the day of the Early Bird deadline of February 28th of the same year as the applied Academy a non-refundable administrative fee of €150,00 will be retained, the rest will be refunded.

For written cancellations received after February 28th, and before the application deadline of June 1^st, 50% of the course fees will be retained, the rest will be refunded.

For written cancellations after the application deadline June 1^st, non-attendance, or withdrawal from participation during the Academy, 100% of the course fees will be retained and no refund issued.
